Oil Co-op members pay 40 to 50 cents or more below the State average for full-service heating oil.

Historically, the greatest savings for Co-op members occurs in the dead of winter — between January and March — when demand and prices are highest.

What is
Citizen’s Oil Co-op?

We save our members money on home heating oil and propane. We are available in all towns in Connecticut and Rhode Island, and select towns in New York and Massachusetts. Members pay a small annual membership fee in exchange for substantial discounts on heating oil and propane.
