New Member Subscriptions:

There are two ways to create a subscription for a new user – with or without credit card.

With credit card:
You can’t sign someone with a credit card up while logged into the website.

  1. Go to the regular signup form in a different browser or in an incognito browser, or log out of the website and sign up as them.

Without credit card:

You can be logged in add non-credit card members.

  1. Under the Management navigation bar, click on “Add phone subscriber (non-card)
  2. Fill out the form for the person.

Subscription Renewals:

There are two ways to renew a subscription for a new user – with or without credit card.

With credit card:

  1. Search for the user in the subscription database in Search for a Customer
  2. Click on the user’s name to view their user information
  3. Click the Switch To link to switch to their member portal
  4. Click Payment Methods and remove any expired credit cards by clicking Delete
  5. Click Add Payment Method and enter the member’s credit card information.
  6. Click Switch Back to switch back to your own user
  7. Navigate back to the Admin

Without credit card:

  1. Search for the user in the subscription database in Search for a Customer
  2. Click on the user’s subscription ID to view their subscription information
  3. In the right column, under Subscription Actions, select Process Renewal
  4. Click the Update button
